Our Partners: Outline
Dale & Valley Homes have undertaken a rigours procurement exercise to decide on the best partners to help us to deliver out Decent Homes programme and undertake repairs to our customers' homes. Our chosen partners are Dunelm Property Services to deliver Decent Homes, internal works and doors and windows contracts and Gentoo Construction Ltd to undertake repairs and maintenance to our customers' homes and empty properties.
We continue to work closely with a number of other key partners such as:
- The Wear Valley Customer Panel
- Durham County Council
- Other service providers including The Citizens Advice Bureau, Groundwork North East, Connexions, Go Warm, Durham County Council Homeline Service and Eaga.
