Performance Reports: Outline
Performance indicators are measures that we use to show how we are progressing.
Examples of these are how much rent we collect and how quickly we carry out repairs. We have set targets for each indicator that we measure based upon previous performance, and the performance of other high achieving Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs).
Performance is monitored and reported regularly on a monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual basis.
