Repairs Advice: Outline

Keeping our properties in a good state of repair is one of our most important tasks. We have a legal responsibility to our customers to keep their homes in a reasonable state of repair.

Repairs and maintenance are split into two areas; day-to-day repairs (which we call responsive repairs) and planned or programmed maintenance, (which we can plan in advance).

If you home needs repair work, you should contact us as soon as possible.
