Report a Repair: Outline
If you need general repair work carried out in your home you should contact us as soon as possible. If you are not sure whether Dale & Valley Homes is responsible for the work that needs to be done, please read the section Whose responsibility is it?
When reporting a repair, please be sure to include the following information:

your name and address;

your telephone number;

the repair that is needed;

the days and times when someone will be home, or other arrangements for us to gain access to your property.
