Tenant Services Authority: Outline

The Tenant Services Authority is the new regulator for affordable housing and was established on 1st December 2008.

The TSA took over the regulatory powers of the Housing Corporation and their aim is to work with landlords and customers to improve services for existing and possible new customers.
