Our Business Delivery Plan sets out who we are and what we plan to achieve for our customers over the next 4 years.
It is incredibly important that our company is responsive to our customers and changes in our environment. Our Business Delivery Plan is based on an assessment of our surrounding social and economic environment and extensive consultation with our customers, staff and key local partners. This has enabled us to pinpoint the issues that really matter to our customers and other stakeholders and plan actions we must undertake to meet local needs and aspirations.
We will use our Business Delivery Plan to guide us in providing excellent services, achieving Decent Homes, running our business well and contributing to the wider community. Our Business Delivery Plan is an essential tool in ensuring that we go from strength to strength as a truly "can do, will do" organisation.
