Aids and Adaptations: Outline
Dale & Valley Homes works with the County Council's Home Improvement Agency to adapt properties so customers can stay in their homes.
Adaptations works will be coordinated with Decent Homes work to ensure that all work identified can be completed at the same time.
The overall objective for adaptations is to ensure that customers can remain in their homes for as long as possible. Adaptations will be based on assessment and advice from occupational therapists.
Dale & Valley Homes staff will provide information to all of its customers on how to apply for an adaptation. This can be when we let a property or when we are using the customer profile information for any projects or other communication.
