Heating Choices: Outline
Dale & Valley Homes realises that customers like choice. We have worked together with our customers and partners to give you the very best choice when receiving Decent Homes works to your property.
When a new heating system is installed the work will involve the complete removal of the old system, including the boiler, radiators and all pipework. With the removal of any old solid-fuel, electric or gas fire, customers are given a choice of styles of electric fires to choose from. A specialist engineer will guide you through the proposed installation, the size and placement of the new radiators and, if necessary, to decide on the position of the new boiler. On completion, you will again be visited by the engineer who will explain the workings of the whole heating system and how to use it to its maximum efficiency.
If your home is off the gas network and you have solid fuel heating you will be offered solar panels to run your domestic hot water systems.
