Eligible Criteria: Outline
Our individual and housing support team may be able to help you if you fall within the following criteria:

People aged 16 years and over.

People from, living or wanting to live in the Wear Valley area.

People who are living or about to live in any type of tenancy.

People who are experiencing difficulties managing their existing tenancies.

People who wish to move-on from any type of supported accommodation for example, homeless hostel or residential care.

People leaving prison, hospital or the armed forces.
In addition, the applicant must also be classed as a vulnerable person with support needs.
