Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Outline

Dale and Valley Homes is committed to customer-focused improvements. To help us do this we use the Visions Management System (VMS) to measure customer satisfaction.

VMS measures the performance of a service through the eyes of its customers.  When VMS was designed customers were asked what was important to them about the services we provide. From this information we have produced 14 different surveys, each consisting of 10 questions relating a specific service.  Customers are also encouraged to make specific comments about the service, whether these are good or bad.
