Gas Servicing and Repairs: Outline
Dale & Valley Homes has a legal duty to carry out a service to your gas boiler or gas fire every year. As part of your tenancy agreement you must allow us access to your home to carry out this safety check,
A properly serviced boiler will use less gas and save you money; one that hasn't been serviced can become dangerous and potentially lethal.
When it is time for your service visit we will send you a letter with an appointment for our engineers to call. If you can not make this appointment, then please phone us on 01388 770927 or text 07967 642991.
To help out customers who are not available during the day, we do offer early evening and Saturday morning appointments.
