Customers of Dale & Valley Homes are now able to talk to staff over a brand new high-tech link.
Tellytalk is a new system which allows visitors to Crook Civic Centre to speak directly to Dale & Valley Homes staff in South Church .
Both customer and staff can see each other on a screen, talk to each other via a telephone link, send documents electronically and even sign forms remotely.
The system is free and easy to use and customers will be helped by the person on the other end. If the system is a success it may be installed in other places to help people access their housing services.
