Dale & Valley Homes performance indicators were developed in conjunction with the Housemark Benchmarking Club and other Arms Length Managment Organisations (ALMOs). Performance against these indicators is reported by all ALMO's to Housemark on a quarterly basis.
Consequently we are able to benchmark our perforamnce against other ALMO's more regularly.
