Sole to Joint Tenancy: Outline

A sole tenant may wants to create a joint tenancy, normally when their partner has moved into the property after the tenancy first started.

There may be other reasons why changes to tenancies occur.  In all cases the person wishing to change a tenancy must contact their neighbourhood officer for further information and to complete any relevant paperwork.
