Service Standards Reports: Outline

We have eight specific service standards which we developed with customers.  They are:

  • Improving customer involvement
  • Delivering Decent Homes
  • Estate management
  • Equality and diversity
  • Improving the repairs service
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Moving home
  • Managing your home.

We measure and report on how well we are doing on these standards throughout the year to a number of groups who monitor our performance, including:

  • Staff and customer working groups;
  • Customer panel;
  • Residents' associations;
  • Senior management team;
  • Executive management team
  • Dale & Valley Homes board of directors.
