Service Standards Reports: Outline
We have eight specific service standards which we developed with customers. They are:
- Improving customer involvement
- Delivering Decent Homes
- Estate management
- Equality and diversity
- Improving the repairs service
- Anti-social behaviour
- Moving home
- Managing your home.
We measure and report on how well we are doing on these standards throughout the year to a number of groups who monitor our performance, including:
- Staff and customer working groups;
- Customer panel;
- Residents' associations;
- Senior management team;
- Executive management team
- Dale & Valley Homes board of directors.
