Who we are......

We are Dale & Valley Homes, an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in 2006 by what was formerly known as Wear Valley District Council to manage, repair and improve Council owned homes.

We take a businesslike approach to managing our customers' homes, concentrating on delivering high quality services that offer value for money and respond to the needs of customers.

We stand out as a service provider because we have placed our customers at the centre of everything we do. We understand the needs and expectations of our customers and partners.
