New developments for Dale & Valley Homes
There has been a lot of news lately about the new homes which we are planning to build in partnership with Durham County Council and developers Keepmoat.
I think we have a valuable opportunity to replace older housing which is no-longer meeting the needs of you, our customers, with something you will be pleased and proud to call home.
Obviously the demolition and building work will cause some disruption, and local people are anxious about what they can expect.
At the moment staff are holding a series of events to talk to residents of Greenside Place and Park Avenue Close and others living nearby to let them know more about the process.

The opinions of tenants really do matter to us at Dale & Valley Homes and will be taking into account throughout this project, which is in its very early stages.
