Informal Meetings for Residents
Everything we do at Dale & Valley Homes is based around customer involvement. Key to this are the local residents’ associations because they help us to keep in touch with people living in our homes and let them have a say about how we work and what needs
Customers in some areas have said they do not want to start a residents' association, which is their choice but we still care about what those people think and want to keep in touch with them.
The areas without formal groups are Coundon and Leeholme, Howden, Willington, Escomb, Dene Valley and West Auckland .
Over the next few months we will be holding informal public meetings in these areas and I would urge people there to come along. This is a perfect way to express your views to Dale & Valley Homes and to influence our services without the responsibility of starting a group.
If they are a success the informal meetings will continue, please help us make them work by coming along. The dates will be publicised soon.
