Answer:

1.   Replace broken or damaged items that belong to us.  We will charge you for any repairs that are not a result of fair wear and tear.

2.   Make sure the property is empty, as we will charge you if we have to remove your items.

3.   Make sure you remove all your possessions and any rubbish from the outside of your property.

4.   Leave the property and outhouses clean and tidy.  We will charge you if we have to clean the property.
