Q: Why do we report on satisfaction and allocations by diversity?
We report on allocations and lettings by diversity to ensure we are not discriminating against any of our customers due to their ethnicity. This is a requirement of the Commision for Racial Equality code of practice on racial equality in housing.
We report on satisfaction of customers by diversity to make sure we are not unlawfully discriminating against any individuals or groups of people due to their race, disability, gender, age, sexuality, gender identity, religion and / or belief.
