Q: How will my application be assessed?
Applicants will be placed in one of 6 bands. Each band relates to a differing housing need and applicants will be placed in the band relevant to their circumstances.
We will look at the type of accomodation you are applying for in relation to your circumstances, for example, if your current home is unsuitable due to medical problems we will carry out an assessment.
Applicants will also be assessed to determine which property type/size best meets their needs, and they will be approved for a property type, i.e. 1 bedroom bungalow, 2 bedroom house etc. Applicants will not be able to bid for property types for which they are not eligible.
