Customer Involvement Team

To help customer involvement develop and increase within Dale & Valley Homes we have appointed a dedicated customer involvement team, their details are below.  If you are interested in getting involved and would like further information you can contact any member of the team.

The team offer advice, support and training to enable customers to get involved with developing and improving the services at Dale & Valley Homes.  We provide a wide range of involvement methods which means you can get involved at whatever level you wish, some of these involvement methods are scheduled on the event calender below. 

Wear Valley Customer Panel

Wear Valley Customer Panel is at the heart of Dale & Valley Homes.  They are a strategic group who are consulted on a monthly basis, by staff from Dale & Valley Homes.  The Customer Panel are consulted when we are developing or creating strategies, policies and procedures to ensure they are refelctive of customers needs.
