Everyone at Dale & Valley Homes wants you to be happy in your new home. We have developed a minimum standard which is the very least you can expect when you move in.
We inspect every empty property and make a note of all the necessary repairs. We make sure that the most important repairs are carried out before we let the property.
To ensure that you home is in a fit condition by carefully checking that it meets our Lettable Standard.
