Pocket Sense

Dale & Valley Homes knows that now, more than ever, people are thinking about how best to manage their finances and that, from time to time, people may worry about money.

To help our customers we have put together a practical guide called Pocket Sense which aims to help tenants manage their money, stay out of debt and make use of financial services.

It is an information pack containing easy-to-understand cards, explaining different financial topics such as saving, budgeting, opening a bank account and how to get help with debt.

Through the Pocket Sense campaign we would like to help our tenants by:

• improving their knowledge and understanding of managing money
• giving free advice and help to get in touch with other sources of help
• providing information on bank accounts and other financial products

It is surprising how much you can learn about your money and how much you may be able to save.
