If you need general repair work carried out in your home you should contact us as soon as possible. When reporting a repair, please be sure to include the following information:

your name and address;
- your telephone number;

the repair that is needed;

the days and times when someone will be home, or other arrangements for us to gain access to your property
You can report a repair in any of the following ways:
Online
You can report a repair online via our repairs diagnostic tool or online reporting form.
Phone
You can ring our repairs call centre on Freephone 0800 0830 333 or, if using a mobile, 0300 2000 194 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays. This number is available for all Dale & Valley Homes' customers.
Text message
You can send us a text message with your name, address and details of your repairs to 07768 525 542 (you will only be charged your standard network operator charge).
E-mail
You can email your repair to us at: callcentre@daleandvalleyhomes.co.uk
In person
If you wish to report a repair in person, you can call into Dale & Valley House, or visit the Civic Centre, Crook and use the free phone or tellytalk facility.
Letter
You can also write a letter to the call centre team giving details of any repairs you wish to report. For our address please see our contact us section.
