Cyclical Maintenance
This is work that is carried out in a regular cycle;
- Gas Servicing, is a annual service and safety inspection of your heating boiler and gas fire if you still have one installed. There are a number of items we do not inspect this includes your gas cooker.
- Solid Fuel and Oil Servicing, we service solid fuel and oil applicances twice a year including sweeping your chimney. If you have a problem in cleaning and maintaining throat plate on your solid fuel appliance, we can arrange a monthly check.
- Painting, we will externally paint your home and clean out your gutters every seven years. This work can be delayed due to long periods of bad weather.
- Electrical Teasting, we will examine and test the electrical supply in your home every ten years to ensure it is in safe working order.
- If you have an adaptation for example a stairlift, this will be checked every year.
