Responsive repairs - how soon will they be done?
In most cases we will order the repair as soon as it is needed and we will tell you when it is likely to be carried out. In some cases we have to inspect the repair before ordering the work so that we can find out exactly what is needed. This should not delay completion of your repair. We are trying to make fewer pre-inspections to improve our service to you.
Repair work comes in all different shapes and sizes, and obviously some repairs are more urgent than others. When you report a repair, we will give it a priority unless the job needs to be inspected first.
Our repair priorities are:
Emergencies
To be completed or made safe within 24 hours.
Urgent
To be completed in five working days, normally by appointment.
Routine
To be completed in 20 working days by appointment.
