We have a 24-hour emergency repair service 365 days a year to deal with emergency repairs outside normal working hours.
If we attend and decide that the repair is not an emergency, you may be charged for the visit. Therefore is in the interests of both Dale & Valley Homes and you, the customer, to contact the emergency number only when it really is an emergency.
