Appointments
When you ring to report a repair the call centre team will arrange an appointment which is convenient for you, most of the time. However, sometimes our repairs contractor will ring you back to make the appointment arrangements.
Sometimes if the repairs are outside; for example roofing and fencing work, we can do these repairs without you waiting in. If this happens the repairs contractor will leave a card telling you what work has been completed.
If you work full time we can offer appointments in the early evening for smaller jobs and on Saturday mornings for some larger jobs. Please discuss your needs with the call centre officer.
For routine jobs you will be sent a repair appointment card through the post. You will then receive an SMS (text) message the day before the appointment as a reminder.
If you have reported a repair and you later find the appointment offered is not convenient for you, please contact the repair call centre on freephone 0800 0830 333 or, if using a mobile, 0300 2000 194.
Once an appointment has been made it is important that you are in when the tradesperson calls. If you are out, the worker will leave a card asking you to contact the repairs call centre to make a further appointment.
