Introduction

Dale & Valley Homes, is responsible for carrying out a yearly safety check for all gas boilers and gas fires. Faulty appliances can give off poisonous carbon monoxide. This cannot be seen or smelled but can kill. We have a duty to make sure that professional engineers check all our appliances every year. Our customers also have a duty under their conditions of tenancy to allow Dale & Valley Homes staff into their homes to carry out the checks.
