During the Decent Homes upgrades Dale & Valley Homes and our partners are committed to minimising the disruption to tenants, and will endeavour to provide a service that meets prescribed standards.
As a gesture of goodwill, Dale & Valley Homes will make a one off payment in recognition of the customer's cooperation and inconvenience caused during the period of the improvement works. Although Dale & Valley Homes understands the inconvenience the work causes, we can only make a payment based on a set of criteria.
