Dale & Valley Homes realises that customers like choice. We have worked together with our customers and partners to give you the very best choice when receiving Decent Homes works to your property.
At least four weeks before work begins you will receive a letter from Esh Property Services inviting you along to a customer launch event. This will give you the opportunity of inspecting the materials to be used in your home, allowing you to select colours and styles.
It is important to understand that each home will be individually surveyed. This means that each home will have its own programme of work based upon the investment required to bring that home up to the Decent Homes standard. In practical terms, this means that not everyone will receive a new kitchen or bathroom for example. The choices we offer are:
