Reporting Neighbourhood Nuisance

If you are troubled by nuisance or anti-social behaviour caused by a tenant, or a member of their household please contact our tenancy enforcement team. We can take action against them. Alternatively you may wish to complete our online reporting form.
An officer from the tenancy enforcement team will contact you for details of the incident then, if you wish, we will contact the person. We may take action against any tenant who is responsible for anti-social behaviour. This could be warning letters, injunctions, demotion of secure tenancies, anti-social behaviour orders and, in extreme cases, eviction. Tenants evicted for anti-social behaviour are not likely to be re-housed by Dale & Valley Homes.
If you experience nuisance from your neighbours please tell us about it. If they are tenants, we may be able to take action against them. If they are not tenants, we will work with other agencies to stop the nuisance.
