Community Caretakers

Who we are

Dale & Valley Homes has a team of community caretakers who ensure that our neighbourhoods and open spaces are well maintained and clean.  They make a great contribution to keeping our communities looking good.

The caretaker team also works closely with neighbourhood officers and carries out work identified during neighbourhood inspections such as maintaining gardens for vulnerable customers, cutting grassed areas and carrying out small repair jobs.
