How to get help from the caretakers

Help is available to customers living in the council owned properties which are managed by Dale & Valley Homes.  To qualify for the service the registered tenant(s) need to be either of pensionable age and/or are disabled and living alone with no other support.

The Caretakers work Monday - Friday and are on site between 8.30am and 4pm daily.

All requests for work should be made through your local neighbourhood officer, who will assess your eligibility for help within 5 working days of receiving your request.  Your neighbourhood officer will confirm if the work can be done and will then pass this over to the Caretakers.
