Anti-social Behaviour Strategy

The anti-social behaviour strategy outlines Dale & Valley Homes' strategic intent with regard to tackling anti-social behaviour in our communities. 

The aim of the tenancy enforcement service is to deter and act against anti-social behaviour relating to breaches of the tenancy agreement. We want to ensure families and individuals living in and around our neighbourhoods have, and respect the right of others to, the quiet enjoyment of their homes. We work closely with the police, Durham County Council's street wardens and other agencies to ensure that our communities are safe and pleasant places to live. We are committed to challenging all kinds of anti-social behaviour from noise nuisance to the consequences of hate crime and discrimination.
