Customer Insight Team

To help customer involvement and customer insight develop and increase within Dale & Valley Homes we have appointed a dedicated customer insight team, their details are below.  If you are interested in getting involved and would like further information you can contact any member of the team.

The team offer advice, support and training to enable customers to get involved with developing and improving the services at Dale & Valley Homes.  We provide a wide range of involvement methods which means you can get involved at whatever level you wish, some of these involvement methods are scheduled on the event calender below.
