Customer Compact

Dale & Valley Homes Customer Compact is a document that has been produced to help customers get involved with our services.

The Customer Compact aim to ensure that;

• every Dale & valley Homes customer can enjoy a safe, secure and affordable home
• our customers' quality of life is our top concern
• every Dale & Valley Homes customer is at the heart of the decisions that affect their home and their community, ensuring that our services go on improving
• every Dale & Valley Homes customer has the chance to have their say by participating in our services in the different ways explained in the compact
• the good working relationship between the Customer Panel, residents groups and Dale & Valley Homes continues, so that customers can work towards achieving what they want
• we see customers as equal partners and vaule their views and represent them fairly, regardless of ethnicity, religion, geographic location, special needs, language differences, learning difficulties, sexual orientation, gender, age or disability.
