Tenant Scrutiny Group
How you can get involved with the Tenant Scrutiny Group
The way social housing providers are regulated has changed with a strong emphasis on working closely with customers. Seven customers have volunteered to give around one day a month to be part of our new Scrutiny Group. They will be undergoing training to ensure they can carry out their role to their full potential.
Our new Scrutiny Group members are - Betty Todd, Lesley Mellis, Christine Cooper, Kenneth Blakey, William Lomax, Chris Smith and David Boal.
As part of the scutiny group at Dale & Valley Homes, you will work constuctively with other scrutiny group members, our finance & audit committee, Board and staff.
The Scrutiny Group will challenge and review decisions made or actions taken by Dale & Valley Homes.
