An essential part of performance management is to know how our services are seen by the customers who use them.  If we do not know this it is very difficult to make things better from a customer's point of view.

Dale and Valley Homes is committed to customer-focused improvements. To help us do this we use the Visions Management System to measure customer satisfaction.

Visions Management System measures the performance of a service through the eyes of its customers.  When Visions Management System was designed customers were asked what was important to them about the services we provide. From this information we have produced 14 different surveys, each consisting of 10 questions relating to a specific service.  Customers are also encouraged to make specific comments about the service, whether these are good or bad.

When the surveys are returned to us the answers are entered into the computer and overall performance results are produced.  We are able to analyse these and decide which areas of the service require improvement.  Many improvements have been made as a result.
