Dale & Valley Homes is committed to ensuring all our customers receive regular and up-to-date information. As part of this commitment our Dale Mail newsletter, specifically designed for our customers, is produced every 3 months;March, June, September and December.
This newsletter is edited by our dedicated editorial panel to ensure it is customer friendly and easily readable for all.
Dale Mail contains information about services at Dale & Valley Homes, to update customers on issues that affect them including feedback on how your involvement has improved our services. Updates from customers involved in the Wear Valley Customer Panel and Residents Associations are also included within the newsletter.
The newsletter published in September is our annual report, detailing how, as a company, we have been performing over the past year.
