Working Groups

Working groups have been established to cover all service areas within Dale & Valley Homes.  They have been developed to enable customers to have their say within the decision making process of certain aspects of our services.

Working groups meet on a regular basis and, as a member of one of these groups, you will contribute to developing our services and also gain useful insight into how these services operate and how they impact on you as a customer.

The working groups at Dale & Valley Homes include:

• neighbourhood management
• choice - based lettings
• customer involvement
• repairs and maintenance
• decent homes
• editorial panel
