How you can be involved with Focus Groups
A focus group is when customers come together to discuss a particular service area or element of a service area within Dale & Valley Homes.
Usually a focus group consists of between ten and twelve customers who provide their views and opinions which are then incorporated into the service area that is being discussed.
Focus groups are held on a regular basis and are used across Dale & Valley Homes as an informal way to consult with customers.
