How you can be involved with the Mystery Customer Scheme
A mystery customer carries out 'reality checks' on services that Dale & Valley Homes provide.
As a mystery customer you will need to fill out a questionnaire after you have accessed one of our services. These questionnaires include questions about your experience with a particular service area, which includes; .visiting our offices, telephoning a member of staff and customer invovlement
When customers sign up to the mystery customer scheme they receive an introductory pack and guidance notes to help them get started.
As an added bonus for customers we have an incentive that offers a £5 high street voucher for every five mystery 'shops' completed. Customers do have the option of having their £5 donated to a charity of their choice.
Training can also be given to any mystery customer if requested.
