How you can be involved through surveys

Dale & Valley Homes carry out service specific surveys in order to use customer feedback to improve our services.

These surveys are sent to customers when a service is being reviewed or developed or when feedback on a service area is needed.  Customers' responses from these surveys are then taken into account and incorporated within the development and improvement of that service area.

We also carry out customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.  These surveys are used to find out how satisfied our customers are with our services.  They also enable us to know where we need to improve.

Surveys are an ideal way of getting involved if you only have a little time to spare, you can complete them in your own home at your leisure.
