Training

The customer involvement team has established a training programme to enable customers to become more involved in the development and management of services at Dale & Valley Homes.

To take on these roles we know customers need to have certain knowledge and skills and through the available training courses these can be developed.  We provide a wide range of courses which are free to our customers and which can also help in other areas of life.  We have developed a basic and an advanced training package which includes courses provided by staff at Dale & Valley Homes and partnership agencies.

During courses we offer free refreshments and, on full day courses, we offer a free buffet lunch.
