Customer Training at Dale & Valley Homes
The customer insight team have established a training programme to enable customers to become more involved in the development and management of services at Dale & Valley Homes.
To take on these roles we know customers need to have certain knowledge and skills and through the available training courses these can be developed. We provide a wide range of courses which are free to our customers and which can also help in other areas of life. The programme includes courses provided by staff at Dale & Valley Homes and also partnership agencies such as Bishop Auckland College. Some of the courses even lead to a recognised accreditation.
During courses we offer free refreshments and, on full day courses, we offer a free buffet lunch.
