To ensure Dale & Valley Homes meet the customer guarantees, a monitoring framework has been developed with consists of;
- Management checks - to make sure we are doing what we say we will
- Customer satisfaction results - to make sure customers are happy with the way we do it
Each customer guarantee has been given a timescale for monitoring and reporting which is broken down by:
- Quarterly
- Six Monthly
- Annual
