About the director
Jack Hurst joined Dale & Valley Homes in September 2007 as assistant director of development and was appointed director of property services in June 2009. Following the company restructure he is now the director of development.
Before joining Dale & Valley Homes Jack was head of asset management for a large registered social landlord in Redcar . Before that he was head of service at Redcar and Cleveland and Cleveland county councils.
Jack has more than 18 years experience in senior management including procurement, investment programmes, asset management, in-house maintenance and private sector housing.
Jack is a member of the Association of Building Engineers and is a board member of the Bishop Auckland and Shildon Area Action Partnership.
