Leonora Pattinson (Vice Chair) 

Leonora has been on the Board since Dale & Valley Homes was formed in 2006. She is Vice Chair of the Board and Chair of the neighbourhoods committee. Leonora lives in Stanhope and works locally. She got involved with Dale & Valley Homes as she wanted to give the Dales a voice. She enjoys learning and explaining what the company is doing while being an integral part of the success of Dale & Valley Homes.

 

 

 

Colin Race

Colin has been on the Board since 2009 and is a member of the neighbourhoods committee. Colin lives in Bishop Auckland.

 

Ken Godard

Ken has been on the Board since 2010 and is a member of all 3 committees which are, Neighbourhoods, finance & audit and human resources. He lives in Crook and has actively been involved with Dale & Valley Homes for a number of years via the Customer Panel and Residents Associations, which he is still part of. He joined the Board to bring a new set of eyes and ideas while working positively with fellow Board members.

 

 

Dorothy Irvine

Dorothy joined the board in late 2010 and is a member of neighbourhoods and human resources committee. Dorothy lives in Wolsingham and has been involved with Dale & Valley Homes for a number of years through the Customer Panel.

 

 

 

Derek Beard

Derek Beard joined the board in July 2011 and is a member of the finance and audit committee.

 Derek lives in Willington and has been involved with Dale & Valley Homes for a number of years through the Customer Panel.
